For simple color changes, the price of the item usually stays the same, though some customizations do have modest additional costs.

While we let you decide the content of your custom wording, keep in mind that it should be reasonably short, or it will be very difficult to read and appear very cramped. Contact us to discuss your custom wording so we can work together to shorten your wording to something that will be easily legible and still make sense.
- I’m allergic to base metal, can you make me a bracelet in sterling silver? Yes, sterling silver is significantly more expensive and we keep fewer sterling silver components in stock, so the delivery time and item cost will be higher.
- I want the trinket EXACTLY as it appears in the photo, can I expect that? Our supply of materials evolves daily, so from time to time we may make your item with a slightly different bead or finding than is seen in the website photos. We will keep the color and feel of the item the same, but if you require that EXACT item, contact us prior to ordering just in case.
- Do you offer volume discounts? We offer volume discounts to retailers and fundraisers who meet our wholesaler requirements and minimum order amounts. Individuals rarely qualify for volume discounts, but if your shopping cart is brimming, it can’t hurt to ask. Contact us for details.
