Returns for Fault or Defect: We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and will accept returns for fault or defect. At our option we will repair or replace such items and ship them back to you. You are responsible for notifying us prior to safely shipping the jewelry item back to us. When we receive, assess, and choose to repair or replace the item, we will email you the results and we will pay for the return shipping. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase of any fault or defect or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for Repair: Unfortunately, bracelets can get caught on things and toddlers seem to like to yank on necklaces; so if at any time your jewelry gets damaged in the course of daily life, contact us to set up a repair. You are responsible for shipping the item to us, but the repair and return shipping are free.
