Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for all US orders above $25, and just $3 for orders under $25. We ship all order via USPS with Delivery Confirmation and you will receive an email with the confirmation number so you can track your package as it makes its way to your door.
Delivery Time: Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. The average shipping time is 2-4 days, depending on where your item is going. For certain items like our dog tags, the production process takes several days for the epoxy to fully cure, which can cause your order to take up to four business days to fill. You will be notified if an item is backordered, delayed, or otherwise unavailable. Your credit card will not be charged until your items have been shipped. If you have a deadline and need an order expedited, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can meet your deadline and to discuss faster shipping options.
Gift Wrapping: We offer special gift wrapping that can be customized to match your occasion for an additional $1 per wrapped package. As wrapping preferences vary widely, please contact us to discuss the various options for bags, boxes, pouches, ribbon, and cards.
Restrictions: Currently we can only offer our $3 flat rate shipping to addresses within the United States, so if you wish to have your items shipped elsewhere or you need expedited shipping options, contact us for further details.
Christmas Delivery: Order in-stock items by December 15th for delivery in time for Christmas. Custom items and dog tags should be ordered by December 10th.
Non-US Orders: The cost and shipping time for orders shipped outside the US will differ from those listed above. We will make reasonable accommodations for international shipping, but you should expect to pay a little extra, and may have to wait longer for your order to arrive. All non-continental US orders should contact us directly so we can calculate your shipping cost manually so we can check the various carriers to get you the best shipping rate to your country. Orders shipped to countries flagged by Google as having a high degree of fraud may be delayed so Google can perform additional payment validity and fraud checks and you will be notified of the delay.
