We will gladly make minor repairs for free on any Trendy Trinket item if it is damaged in transit or in the course of regular wear - within 30 days of purchase. After that time, if an item needs repairs or replacement of lost or broken pieces, a minimal repair fee and replacement materials fee will be charged. We will always ship it back to you free.

As with most silver jewelry, if items are not worn often or stored in airtight bags, they will begin to tarnish. If this happens use a silver anti-tarnish type cloth to polish.
