If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@atrendytrinket.com prior to sending your package back.  Make sure your item is properly packaged to protect against damage during shipping.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Returned items must be received in original unworn condition.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not completely pleased with your order we will do our best to make it right.

Please contact us with your concerns within 3 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is ours we will pay for USPS shipping costs to return it to us, and send out the replacement as soon as possible at our expense.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. This allows time for an item to be returned, the item to be processed with us and for your bank to post the credit.

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@atrendytrinket.com prior to shipping your item back. Shipping charges both to and from are the responsibility of the buyer. Because our inventory has seasonal flair, it is necessary for us to insist that you request exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

Custom Orders

At Trendy Trinket we strive to meet your expectations and hope you are tickled with your creation. We are not able to provide refunds on “custom” orders. However, if the mistake is ours, we will fix it immediately. If the mistake is not ours and you are simply dissatisfied with your selection, the piece is not returnable.

Each hand stamped piece is one of a kind. Letters & symbols will not be perfectly straight or an exact replica of items shown in our gallery. That is what makes each hand stamped item unique.

Although it is nice to know that 50 other women are not wearing your exact same item, custom orders may be charming enough for us to photograph and display in our gallery. If others are inspired by your design, we reserve the right to duplicate it.

With any custom order, we will make any necessary judgments on font, charm placement or spacing. If we determine your request will be too crowded, or not be a good representation of the values we hold at Trendy Trinket, we reserve the right to contact you and or refuse to customize your order. (We won’t violate known copyrights or use profanity on anything we create for you.) We also reserve the right to judge our own quality. We promise to do our best to provide the best quality product.

Shipping & Lead Time

We are happy to ship one item or one hundred items to you for a flat rate of $5 using USPS. After a package has left us, we no longer have any control over how long it takes to get to you. Typically items arrive within 4-7 business days. If you want insurance, delivery confirmation or rush shipping please contact us at customerservice@atrendytrinket.com to arrange and purchase.

Free shipping:  If you have more than $50 worth of items in your cart and will have the item(s) shipped to you within the United States, you will automatically qualify for free shipping.  Simply select "Free Shipping" from the list of shipping options during checkout.  The free shipping discount is currently not available for international orders due to the costs of transit and customs.

Non custom orders usually ship within 3-4 days of payment clearance. Custom orders can take 5 or more days to complete. During peak times, our shipping times may increase. If we can see that your order will be delayed, we will contact you via email to alert you. We will do our best to get your order out promptly.
